Hope Ranch Annex is a small neighborhood tucked right beside Hope Ranch, in between Santa Barbara and Goleta. It's close enough to downtown Santa Barbara that its a only a few minute drive to go to the shops on State Street while still being close to Goleta where a lot of the big box stores like Costco and Home Depot are located. On top of all this it has a very reasonable price tag that lends to the increasing desirability of the neighborhood.
