I am writing this letter today to express my sincere gratitude for my realtor, Andrew Rose. I had tried to sell my house for about 8 months, on my own, and finally was told by a friend how great Andrew is as a realtor. He came to the house and in a very professional manner gave me a multitude of things to do to fix it up (in order to sell it) and then he started with the open houses. He was very considerate of timing for everything and made a great presentation every week. Within weeks we got a great offer ($900 below asking price!) and he took care of making sure everything was done correctly and the house sold, without a hitch. I am so impressed with this young man. His demeanor is superb, his knowledge of how to present the home is excellent and his personality is so wonderful that he made a very stressful situation actually fun.
I would recommend Andrew to anyone who would want to buy or sell a home. He is an incredible salesman.
